Powerstar Pawan Kalyan is back on the big screen after almost 3 years. Pawan turned Vakeel Saab, for his comeback film. After almost three years, the actor is making his comeback to the cinema. Venu Sriram is the film's director. Dil Raju is the producer. Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya Naglla are also a part of the film. Check out the film's review here.

Story:
Satyadev (Pawan Kalyan) is a criminal lawyer who quits his job due to some strong personal reasons. However, he decides to go back to his profession for three women (Anjali, Nivetha Thomas, and Ananya Nagalla) to fight out a sexual harassment and molestation case. Why did Satyadev take up the case? What is the case about? What happens in the end? Forms the film's story.

Performances:

As it is a female-oriented film, it would be apt if we mention the performances of the female leads. Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya Nagalla have done a splendid job as three vulnerable yet strong-minded young women. Coming to Pawan Kalyan, he is the soul of the movie.

After watching the film, one will think that no one would have done justice to the role except Pawan. It will be a treat for fans to watch him sport three different getups and come up with various modes in his acting.

Prakash Raj is equally good in the role of an antagonist. Rest others have done their respective parts well.

Technical Aspects:
The cinematography by PS Vinod is very good. His work in the fight sequences should be appreciated for sure. They were shot extremely well.

Music director Thaman is the major asset in the technical department. Already songs were hit but Thaman scores extra marks for his background score which is the main highlight of the movie. The editing is neat and the production values are great too.

Review:

First of all, director Sriram Venu has to be appreciated for his adaptation. He wrote the screenplay so well that it can appeal to all sections of the audience. The writing is very good and there are some political punches as well. Dialogue writer Thiru should also be commended for his thought-provoking lines. The first half perfectly sets up the story and the second half takes it to the next level.

There were many expectations on Vakeel Saab due to various reasons like it is his comeback film and also a remake of the highly acclaimed film Pink. The makers would've had a lot of pressure to meet all those expectations and we have to say that they have reached that hype. Vakeel Saab is a perfect comeback film for Pawan and has all the necessary ingredients to satisfy a common Telugu cinema lover. Pawan's ultimate screen presence, accompanied by the lead actresses' powerful performances, make this film a worthy watch. Go for it without any second thoughts.

Plus Points:

Minus Points:

Final Verdict: Vakeel Saab is a paisa vasool entertainer with a message!
