Karthikeya Gummankonda and Neha Solanki played the lead roles in the new movie 90 ML that hit the screens today. The film was supposed to hit the screens yesterday. Unfortunately, due to a censor delay, the movie got postponed by a day. The film is on the screens today. The theatrical trailer already hiked enough expectations on the film. Read on to know the film's review here.

Story
:

Devadas (Karthikeya) suffers from a different kind of disease called alcoholic syndrome. For his survival, Devadas needs to drink 90ML of alcohol three times daily. One day, he falls in love with Suvasana (Neha Solanki). But Neha hates alcohol more than anything. Just when everything is going well, Jon Wik (Ravi Kishan) enters their love story which creates a big rift. What will Devadas do to save his relationship? Can he control his drinking problem? What happens in the end forms the crux of the story.

Performances
:

When compared to his previous movies, Karthikeya definitely got a challenging role in this film but Karthikeya has put in his 100% for this film. Especially, the way he showcased his character will definitely steal our hearts. Neha Solanki's performance is superb and her chemistry with Karthikeya also worked out really well. Ravi Kishan acted naturally in the film. Rao Ramesh slipped into the character effortlessly and delivered a good performance. Ali got an interesting role in this film and will impress with his performance. Posani Krishna Murali, Ajay, Kalakeya Prabhakar, Sathya Prakash, Pragathi are also good in their respective roles. The rest of the actors also made their presence felt.

Technical
 Aspects:

Director Sekhar Reddy Yerra failed in handling and executing the story properly. The way he dealt with the concept without making it controversial is good. However, keeping the concept aside, the story is nothing great and the film has a very simple plotline. Some of the scenes are engaging but the rest is not that appealing and catchy.

Production values by Kartikeya Creative works are superb and the producers sure have invested decent amounts for the movie and unfortunately, it is not enough. Music by Anup Rubens is really nice. He has produced some catchy tunes for the film, but the songs are not that great on the screen. The camera angles of cinematographer J. Yuvaraj are too good. Editing by S.R.Sekkhar is okay

Review:

The movie is a blend of an interesting concept and a very simple storyline. The film starts off interestingly with Karthikeya's different kind of character. But most of the scenes felt repetitive, and the pace of narration also became a minus point. The director could have focused more on the story.

The entertainment factor worked out well, but only some of the comedy scenes are good to watch. The director has presented the story in a decent way. The first half focused on story establishment only. The interval block is good. The second half is slow and dill. The climax could have been dealt with well. To conclude, '90 ML' is a film about boredom.

Plus
 Points:

Few comedy scenes

Performances

A couple of songs

Minus
 Points:

Weak Screenplay

Unimpressive narration

Final
 verdict: Overdose of '90 ML'
