Bollywood star hero Salman Khan played the lead role in the film Bharat, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. The combination carried a positive buzz in the trade. The film stars Salman, Katrina, and Disha Patani in the leads. Based on the super hit South Korean film Ode to My Father, the makers made this Indian version. Plot:
The film is the official adaption of South Korean film Ode To My Father. The film Bharat traces the journey of a person named Bharat (Salman Khan) over the course of several decades.

Performances:
Salman Khan is undoubtedly the show stealer for this film. The actor has so many variations in his character. But Salman has pulled it off with ease. We can say that he is definitely one of the finest actors in the industry and has proved the same with his stunning performance in this movie. Katrina Kaif is an absolute delight to watch. Her beautiful performance, as well as the glamorous looks, will definitely give an eye feast for the audience.

Disha Patani surely worked hard for this film and we can see and has justified her role by giving her 100%. Tabu is definitely a perfect pick for that role and she went under the skin of the character and performed well. Sunil Grover breathes life into his character.

Jackie Shroff is too good for that role. Sonali Kulkarni delivered a decent performance. Ivan Sylvester Rodrigues delivered an honest performance. Brijendra Kala is good. Anant Vidhaat Sharma and Asif Shaikh etc also made their presence felt.

Technical Aspects:
Director Ali Abbas Zafar has prepared an interesting script for this film. The director has succeeded not only in narrating the story in an interesting way but also keeping the audience engaged throughout the film. The story is really good and the director has prepared the screenplay in an interesting manner. His pace of narration is really engaging.

Production values by Reel Life Productions, Salman Khan Films, and T Series are lavish. Music by Vishal Shekhar is outstanding. Not only the songs but also the background score given by Julius Packiam took the movie to the next level. His BGM elevated all the scenes really well.

Cinematography by Marcin Laskawiec is excellent. He has produced some sleek visuals for this film. Editing by Rameshwar S Bhagat is clean and neat.

Review:
It is known that 'Bharat' movie got released amid high expectations and the movie has succeeded in reaching the expectations. The film starts off on an interesting note and the entire first half is extremely fun and Salman Khan's character is showcased really well. Also, the patriotic side of him is shown in a beautiful way. The second half turned out to be a bit serious when compared to the first half. Despite having a few shortcomings, the engaging screenplay and outstanding performances by the cast will definitely impress the audience. The pre-climax and climax are handled well. Overall, 'Bharat' is definitely a worth watching movie not only for Salman Khan fans but for almost all sections of the audience.
